These Terms govern the use of "NextRise Analytics" (the "Service") provided by VanillaCall ("we", "us"), between you and us.
You may use the Service once you apply for an account via our designated method and we approve it. Keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
After a 7-day free trial, fees apply based on your chosen plan. Payments are processed via our payment provider (Paddle) and billed automatically on each renewal date. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop further charges.
You must not violate laws or public order, infringe our or third parties’ rights, interfere with the operation of the Service, or attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering.
We may suspend or change all or part of the Service, without prior notice, for maintenance, incidents, or other operational needs.
The Service and its analytics/recommendations do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as increased revenue). Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
Handling of your data follows our separate Privacy Policy. We process data as necessary to provide the Service.
We may revise these Terms as needed. We will announce material changes within the Service or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
